"The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but being ensamples to the flock."

Minister of Financial Records

The Minister of Financial Records shall receive from the Minister of Stewardship all monies for the general treasury and disburse the same as ordered by the Church. At each quarterly or annual meeting, he or she shall present a detailed report of receipts and disbursements showing the actual financial condition of the Church.

Minister of Records

The Minister of Records shall keep a correct record of the proceedings of the Church at all meetings; keep a complete registry of membership; issue letters of dismissal as directed by the Church and conduct its official correspondence.

Minister of Stewardship

The Minister of Stewardship shall receive all money for the general treasury, these having been counted. He/she shall record the same and then turn them over promptly to the Minister of Financial Records by depositing them in the Church bank account.
